Start menu under mac OS X

I have too many apps to dock them.
I don't like to have too many icons.
I don't like to look for my apps using the finder.
I you are a mac ayatholla, don't read any more.
I thought to the menu you can find under gnome, kde or other ugly system and, as a mac Os X system is well organized as a unix system must be, I thougt to write a small shell to create a tree of the Applications Directory with symbolic links to the applications.
The last step is to dock the directory where are the links and voilà !, you only need to right click to have a menu of you apps
INSTALLATION
  1. Launch Terminal and :
    • mkdir -p $HOME/DATA/Desktop/menu
  2. Download the script and save it under $HOME/DATA/Desktop/menu
  3. Adapt it to your needs (for instance translate 'Accessoires' in your language)
  4. Run it in the terminal windows with :'cd $HOME/DATA/Desktop/menu; bash ./createMenu.sh'
  5. From the finder, dock the directory $HOME/DATA/Desktop/menu on the right side (see image)
  6. Right click on the new icon to visit the menu.
Hope this helps....
